Mica Strip and Ceramic Strip heaters
Mica Strip Overview
Hampton Strip Heaters are manufactured to your custom specifications. Our Strip heaters feature a high temperature oxidation metal sheath and high grade mica insulation resistant to moisture and high temperatures. Nickle/Chromium resistance wire evenly wound provides for uniform and reliable heat distribution.
Ceramic Strip Overview
Hampton's ceramic strip heaters offer high temperature performance in a rugged, contamination resistant stainless steel sheath. They are bolt-in replacements for many of the Chromalox, GE, Watlow, and other strip heaters.
They are available with either an aluminized steel sheath (for temperatures up to 800°F) or a stainless steel sheath (for temperatures up to 1200°F), with or without mounting tabs, and can be manufactured with post terminals or a variety of lead options.
